|Recommended: YesMelbourne Iv 55 Apartment Living — We have been here a year now. Moved in just after completion of the building. We've been extremely happy here. We think the management does a great job of running the complex. We have lots of experience renting and are still impressed with the commitment by Hubbell and its staff. We have been especially impressed with their program to help residents with many of their needs outside of just housing. Great Job

|Recommended: YesLove It — I absolutely love my apartment. From the staff to the neighborhood everybody is so friendly. My washer wasn’t working out in a work order and within two hours the problem was fixed. Definitely will recommend
